Do I need a credit card to start? +

Can I switch plans later? +
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What happens to my data if I cancel? +
Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it. After that it is permanently deleted from our servers.
Do field workers need separate accounts? +
Each employee gets their own login for clock in/out and viewing their assigned jobs. Employee accounts don't count against your admin seats and are always included in your plan.
Is there a mobile app? +
CrewsOps is a web app that works on any device including phones and tablets — no download required. Field workers can clock in from any browser in seconds.
Can I import my existing customer and job data? +
Yes. Both plans include a data import walkthrough during onboarding. We support CSV imports for customers, employees, and job history.
